Scope

This notice applies only to slantwirestudios.com. Each Slantwire product has its own privacy notice covering the information handled by that product.

Information this site handles

If you use the contact form, Slantwire Studios, LLC receives the name, email address, and message you submit. Hosting and security systems also process ordinary request information, such as an IP address, request headers, date and time, and rate-limit signals, as needed to deliver the site and protect the form from abuse. The site does not ask for account passwords or product records.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to read and reply to messages, route inquiries, maintain ordinary business correspondence, prevent spam and abuse, diagnose delivery problems, and comply with applicable legal obligations. The website code does not send contact-form information to an advertising network.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, request delivery, security controls, rate limiting, and operational logging. Resend provides email delivery. These providers process information in connection with those services under their respective terms and privacy practices. The central site does not integrate an advertising network.

Retention

Messages can remain in the studio’s email account and provider systems until deleted under the applicable account settings or provider practices. Rate-limit and operational records follow the applicable provider and service configuration. Slantwire Studios, LLC has not stated a fixed public retention period for this company website.

Browser storage and tracking

The light or dark theme you choose is saved in your browser and stays on your device. The central site does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or session replay. Because the site does not conduct cross-site tracking, a browser Do Not Track signal does not change how the site operates.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to review, correct, or delete contact information you submitted by emailing hello@slantwirestudios.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. Slantwire may need to verify the request and may retain information when reasonably necessary for security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

This request channel is available to every visitor to this company website. You do not need to identify a particular state privacy law when making a request.

Children and sensitive records

This company website is not directed to children under 13. Do not use its general contact form to send information about a child, custody records, legal documents, financial information, health information, authentication secrets, or other sensitive personal records.
